I remember what it felt like when I bought my first property. I had many floods of emotions running through me. I was terrified, excited and nervous all at the same time. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into and the only real confidence I had was in my real estate agent. He calmed me down and walked me through the whole process start to finish. After seeing how my agent educated and helped me in the buying process, I became very interested in real estate. I studied more about the becoming an agent myself. Now, I get to be the agent that walks my clients through the process start to finish. I get to calm my clients nerves at the closing table. It is an awesome feeling to know that you just helped someone make one of the largest buying decisions of their life.

I grew up in a small town about an hour from Eau Claire. Eau Claire was always the place my family came to do shopping and see entertainment. After graduating from UW-Eau Claire, I really fell in love with the small town feel of the Chippewa Valley. I knew this was the place I wanted to start my career. I never thought of myself as a “big city” person, and after being here for over 15 years, I still think Chippewa Valley has the charm of a small town but the amenities of a large city.
